Are you a seasoned digital marketer with a passion for strategic planning and hands-on execution? We're looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to drive our marketing vision alongside our Founder. In this role, you'll create and implement a marketing strategy that fuels our growth, covering everything from social media and content to paid advertising and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Boomin' Brands’ marketing strategy
• Social Media Management for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create scripts for organic content and ads
• Lead Facebook ad strategy and media buying
• Oversee email marketing to drive engagement and conversions
• Build relationships across platforms and support community growth
• Analyze and optimize performance data to meet goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years in digital marketing with proven strategy success
• Strong experience in paid ads, especially Meta
• Experience with writing scripts for organic and ads
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing
• Fluent in English
• Organized and results-focused, with multi-project management skills
